ITEM 1: Continued Public Hearing - Case 09-10 Francisco J. & Mary Lee Pimentel, 85 Connecticut Road, request for variances to demolish existing structure and replace with new single-family dwelling.

ITEM 2: Continued Public Hearing - Case 09-11 Theresa Genovese, 8 Seaside Lane, request for variances to enclose a 14’ x 23’ long screened porch on the existing deck.  

ITEM 3: Public Hearing – Case 09-12 John G. & Lorraine M. Gibson, 45 Connecticut Road, request for a variance to convert from seasonal to year-round use.
